Red Moose Creek Value 49X

LUO 49X :: Jan. 30, 1988 :: 658688

Sire: RED YY 23L TOPPER 408D

Dam: RED DEVOLANE GOLDIE 40C

A little known fact is that his career started in Kisbey long before his stardom at some Alberta ranches. Top Gun was super stout, masculine and possessed one of the most ideal hind legs the Red breed has seen. His sons were soggy and easy to sell and his daughters were attractive and quite productive.

Sire: RED WP CURRENT VALUE 61S

Dam: RED MOOSE CREEK 4U

A pair of maternal brothers (Value 49X & Leader 71A), both commanded a great deal of respect for their breeding merit but also their physical presence. 49X was used extensively for many years before being sold to GK Holeha. He was a breeding giant as many of his grand and great grand daughters still dominate our pedigrees. Leader 71A was fortunately purchased back from a great customer and neighbor Kevin Brigden. Funny enough, this was the first bull Kevin ever purchased. His eye for stock certainly hasn’t changed as Jumbo and now Malcolm also grace his pastures. The 4U cow became a household name raising 3 more herd bulls for the Bell’s at Dubuc after they purchased her privately.
