Welcome to Moose Creek Red Angus! Established in 1972, we are one of Canada’s pioneer Red Angus breeders, located in southeast Saskatchewan.
Our program is dedicated to producing healthy, fertile, easy-keeping cattle for cattlemen. We raise our cattle on the native range south of the Moose Mountains and host two bull sales here at the ranch each year: a 2-year-old bull sale in early February and a yearling sale in early April. Each fall, we offer replacement quality females from our large commercial herd by private treaty.
Meet the Family Behind Moose Creek Red Angus – Kisbey, SK
The Ippolito family was one of the families to pioneer and build the Red Angus breed in Canada. The family business began in 1972 with the purchase of the first Red Angus cow and has grown in capacity ever since. We are gaining momentum and enjoying the successes of the cow business. We host two bull sales on the ranch each year. The two-year-old bull sale in early February and the annual yearling bull sale in early April.
